Goals
Current mini fitness goals:
1) bench 45x10 3 times
2) military press 45x10 3 times
3) deadlift 45x10 3 times
Minimum overall goals:
1) bench/m. press/d.lift 130x10 3 times
2) hit 130ibs or less/maintain
3) reduce body fat til I am healthy and happy
Note! I will not stop working out and eating right even when I reach whatever goals I place. This is my lifestyle and is something I will do forever. I don’t have a limit or a deadline. I have my whole life to enjoy health and that is that. These are just little reminders and performance goals to keep a fire under my butt. I do have aesthetic goals and performance ideals but I’m not basing my happiness off of them.
