HOT ABS IN 4 MINUTES:

Guess who has a gym pass again

And guess who has re-ignited her fitness goals.

And guess who can hardly walk and lift a cup of water.

This guy right here!

So lets jot down where I’m at, at the gym!

  • Military press 30x10x2 (those small curvy barbells? What are they called?)
  • Squat 30x10x3 (same weird small barbells)
  • Bent over row 30x10x2 (again ^ )
  • This weird triceps (bicep?) machine that you sit and push the handle down 70x20, 75x15, 80x10, 80x7
  • A triceps machine that you sit and PULL the handles down 30x10, 30x7 
  • Squat machine 90x15, 105x10, 105x10
  • Row machine 5min 280-305/500mp (? I don’t know what that means but whatever)
  • Dumbbell military press 10x10x2
  • Holding the dumbbells out to the sides 10x10secx2
  • Holding the dumbbells out in front of myself 10x10secx2 (holy assholes it hurt so bad)
  • Dumbbell bicep curl 10x10x5 (time to go up in weight!)
  • Dumbbell chest to shoulder thing (I am bad at names) 10x10x2

Done in 35min

 It felt good and I was pleasantly surprised! The last time I used any of these machines I could barely do HALF of the weight. The muscles I built on my own time using my own free weights haven’t disintegrated! Yay! Clearly I am awful with names so if you happen to know what the things I described are called that would be awesome!?
