HOT ABS IN 4 MINUTES:

  • 4 EXERCISES
  • 20 SECONDS ON

  • REPEAT FOR 2 ROUNDS!
  1. High knees (drive ‘em up)

Yesterday’s workout

  • Squat 30x10x2, then just 10 no-weight 
  • Barbell bent over row 30x10x1
  • Dumbbell bicep curls 12.5x10x2 L 12.5x10x2 R
  • Dumbbell military press 12.5x10x1
  • Dumbbell chest-shoulder 12.5x10x2 L 12.5x10x2 R
  • Holding the dumbbell out to the sides 10x10secx1 L 10x10secx1 R
  • Holding the dumbbell out in front of you 10x10secx1 L 10x10secx1 R
  • Triceps machine PUSH 80x10x2, 90x10x2 (Yay!! I MOVED UP IN WEIGHT!!)
  • Bicep curl machine 55x10x2, 60x6x1
  • Back and biceps machine PULL 60x10x3
  • Standing exercise ball thing that you lean against which dangles your legs (lol) 15 total
  • Treadmill 10min

45min total

Tiny workout

  • 10 of me squatting my 60ib sister
  • 20 lunges while me carrying my 60ib sister
  • Walking around Costco for an hour
